We had so much fun with you guys. Despite, Jackson's uncooperative photo behavior we were sad to see you guys go. Thanks for everything. We will see you in February!!

Zoo Lights
We all bundled up and headed out to enjoy the zoo lights. It was not too cold. Jackson really enjoyed checking out all the lights and getting to visit the animals that were not already sleeping.

Swimming
We take Jackson to an indoor swimming pool because he LOVES the water. This place has a playscape, shooting water, and water slides. Jackson always has so much fun. This time the Aldridges joined for some fun at the pool.

Christmas Morning
Santa brought Jackson an alphabet train. He really started enjoying tearing opening presents and seeing what surprise was in store. Now that it is all over, I think we will need to work on helping Jackson understand that it is not typical to get so many great gifts at one time!
And some more random pictures of Jackson enjoying his Christmas:

Christmas- Part 1
Jackson had a great Christmas this year. We had to start early and go slow so he could enjoy each present. My parents sent Jackson a new chair. He LOVES it. He sits and watches Elmo and reads his books! Thanks Poppy and DemDay--what a great present!!!

Bass Pro Shop
Bass Pro Shop has a Santa to take pictures with and they also have some fun activities while you wait. We figured Jackson would not really trust Santa this year so we did not want to make a big production and head to the mall. We were right. Jackson did not trust Santa at all. But, he did have tons of fun playing with everything else.
Here is he checking out the train with daddy:

More Jackson and Ella
It has been freezing in Denver lately so Jackson is becoming more and more accustomed to the snow and all the gear that goes with it. Here are a couple of Jackson and Ella in the snow gear getting ready for a day out with Erica, their nanny.

Decorating the Christmas Tree
We decided that it would be fun to have Jackson "help" us decorate the tree this year. I think he hung one ornament and then got bored.
Here are some family shots:
Jackson spent the rest of the evening playing on boxes, counting and then jumping off of them. Fun times for mommy:

Jackson's Car
Our neighbor gave Jackson this car after her kids outgrew it. He loves to go on rides around the neighborhood, but also enjoys just sitting in it and playing. Here he is hanging out while Dustin hangs lights outside the house.

The Goose
Grancy bought this goose (or duck as he calls it) for Jackson before he was born. Dustin and I decided he was probably the right age to enjoy it so we brought it out of storage. As you can see- he loved it:
